First; the Youth & Children’s Worker Application form below. This can be completed digitally.

Second: The Child Protection Declaration which must be downloaded by selecting the PDF icon below, handwritten, signed and handed in a sealed envelope to Liz Nolan our Child Protection Lead Signatory (CPC).
