Responsibilities:

– Attend church events and gatherings equipped with a first aid kit and necessary medical supplies.

– Provide immediate assistance in case of injuries, illnesses, or medical emergencies.

– Assess and administer first aid according to established protocols and guidelines.

– Communicate effectively with emergency services if further assistance is required.

– Maintain first aid equipment, ensuring it is well-stocked and ready for use.

– Collaborate with event organisers and security teams to coordinate emergency response plans.

– Stay updated on first aid and CPR techniques through regular training sessions.

– Provide information and guidance to attendees on accessing medical assistance.

– Foster a culture of safety and preparedness within the church community.

– Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about safety procedures.


Qualifications:

– Certification in first aid and CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation).

– Strong knowledge of basic first aid techniques and emergency response procedures.

– Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Reliability and punctuality in attending church events and training sessions.

– Respect for confidentiality and a commitment to maintaining privacy.

– Team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate with fellow First Aid Team Members.

– Prior experience in first aid, emergency response, or healthcare is advantageous.

– Understanding and adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.
