As a Church Production Team Member, you will play a crucial role in creating a seamless and impactful worship experience by managing audio, visual, song words and technical elements during church services and events. Your technical expertise and commitment to excellence will contribute to enhancing the overall atmosphere for worshipers.


Responsibilities:

– Set up, operate, and troubleshoot audiovisual equipment for church services and events.

– Collaborate with worship leaders, speakers, and other team members to execute technical requirements.

– Manage sound mixing, lighting, and visual elements to enhance the worship experience.

– Ensure all technical equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.

– Assist in planning and executing special events, productions, and multimedia presentations.

– Participate in rehearsals to coordinate technical aspects and make necessary adjustments.

– Foster a positive and collaborative atmosphere within the Production Team.

– Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about church initiatives.


Qualifications:

– Technical proficiency in operating audio, lighting, and visual equipment.

– At least introductory level experience with sound mixing, live production, and multimedia presentations.

– Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

– Reliability and punctuality in attending church services, events, and rehearsals.

– Collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with team members.

– Familiarity with church worship services and events is advantageous.

– Respect for the church’s values and a commitment to enhancing the worship experience.

– Previous experience in production or technical roles is beneficial.
